The President is a neo-marxist, and he had to be Karl Marx at the purist level in order to do eco-socialist  Cap and Trade.  S 2191 raises the cost of $800 to $1300 per household by 2015.  It would raise from $1,500 - $2,500 in 2050. There has been so many negative surprises in Japan's Kyoto Protocol., their reduce greenhouse gas emissions. I wouldn't wish a  1.6+ trillion dollar tax over a eight year period on all Americans and private sector.  The government doesn't see it as a tax as long as it keeps spending it for some poor reason. Cap and Trade is not a dollar to dollar equivalent of direct cash flow. The reduction in GDP will affect real wages, because of the labor supply changes and reductions in productivity in capital and labor. That's what I justify as dictatorship of the prolatariat! The jobs lost for S 2191 is supposed to be 1.2 million to 2.3 million by 2015 according to Charles River Associates.  S.2191 will really raise domestic manufacturing costs.  Developing nations refuse to impose similar restrictions.  American economy  would experience a lot of outsourcing of manufacturing jobs.  You don't want to go down this slippery slope.  The cap and trade bill S 2191 is just a government re-engineering of the American economy! The congress has no intention of using this money for tax cuts on small business community. Why do you think businesses call it eco-socialism? Don't you think that the government will get more of the tax than small businesses.

They only get along in the Democratic party, because it's the largest one.  If you vote Republican, the United States will regain it's creativity and Hollywood won't be as bad as it is.
